Account Management:

Creating and managing your Securus Online account is simple with the app. You can easily change your password, update your 4-digit PIN, and set up security questions for easy password reset. 🔒

Video Connect®:

Video Connect allows you to enroll, schedule, and participate in video sessions with incarcerated individuals from anywhere in the world. 🌎 You can access your upcoming scheduled video sessions, sync details with your calendar, and receive notifications. Manage photos for identification, view transaction history, and manage your credit/debit cards. For the best experience, use a headset or earbuds with a microphone to reduce echo. 🎧

Prepaid Calling Account Management:

The app helps you manage prepaid calling accounts effectively. With AdvanceConnect, you can fund your account to receive calls from your contact. You can enroll, add funds, see available funds, add or change phone numbers, view call details and transaction summaries, block or unblock calls, and enroll in AutoPay or TextPay. 📞

Securus Debit allows you to deposit funds for your contact to use for calling, purchasing music, games, and movies, scheduling and paying for Video Connect sessions, and purchasing stamps for eMessages and eCards. 💰

Messaging Services:

eMessaging™ allows you to sign up, purchase stamps, send and receive messages, and send and receive eCards. You can also attach photos to messages and send a 30-second VideoGram. Snap n’ Send™ lets you snap a selfie or choose from your gallery to send a photo to your contact. 📸✉️

Securus Text Connect allows real-time two-way short message communication between you and an incarcerated individual. You purchase a package of ‘Connects’ and begin sending text messages through the app. The incarcerated individual can reply using your Connects, and you will receive app notifications of incoming texts. 💬
